     Veggie Lo Mein

Ingredients
a.Broccoli
a. Celery
a. Onion Half
a. A couple green onion spears
a. Mushrooms
a. butter chunk
a. some rice wine vinegar
a. some olive oil if it gets dry
a. salt and pepper
 
b. boiled ramen noodles (3 packs)
c. 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons soy sauce (use lite or low sodium, as this recipe can get salty)
b. 1/4 cup teryaki sauce
c. 1/4 cup honey (I might scale this back a bit, as this recipe was kind of sweet)
c. teaspoon ginger
c. a couple shakes of fish sauce

Instructions
Melt the butter and do group a in the pan for about 5-7 minutes. Throw in the noodles. (boil at the time of use, as they are too sticky pre boiled) After whisking the sauce (c) together, add the sauce and stir for about 5 minutes. Maybe save a smidge of the sauce beacuse it was drying out.
