Ingredients

 1 1/3 C. Flour
-
 1 1/2 C. Milk
-
 2 tsp. Sugar
-
 2 Eggs
 
Instructions
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Pour 1/4 C. onto hot griddle pan and cook 1 minute. Turn over and cook.
Serving Suggestions
Serve wrapped up with fruit and whipped toppin, or ham and cheese filling.
