     JANE'S HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 lbs. hashbrowns (thawed)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Topping-
 
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions
Mix together Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and put into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees. You may freeze before you bake it.
