     BEV'S SOUR CREAM POTATOES

Ingredients
1 pint sour cream
salt
1 Tbs. onion
1 pkg. frozen
hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbs. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Mix together first 6 ingredients, add potatoes. Mix 2 Tbs. butter and corn flakes, and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour. You can substitute cottage cheese or yogurt for part of sour cream.
