In a casserole dish, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 2/3 c. onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle 2/3 cup remaining onions over bean mixture. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden. Serves 6.
