     Spicy Crab Cakes

Servings   Makes 3 cakes

a. 2 green onions chopped and sauteed in olive oil
b. 3/4 of a round of butter crackers crushed
b. 1/2 cup imitation crab chopped
b. a little bit of an egg with beaten yolk (less than half, but save a little bit of the egg)
b. tea of mayo
b. 1/2 tea dry mustard
b. sprinkle of cayenne pepper
b. 1/2 tea of garlic powder
b. 1/2 tea cheseapeake bay seasoning (I think this is what made it spicy, so this could be reduced)
b. salt
b. pepper
c. some plain bread crumbs and a smidge of leftover egg
d. butter tablesoon

Sautee the green onions in some oil. Combine the b mix. Put the bread crumbs with egg and ball the crab cakes up, Dip them in the bread crumbs. Melt a tablesppon of butter in the pan then brown the crab cakes on each side. Serve with Crab cake sauce
