Soften Cream Cheese and stir in softened Sharp Cheddar and Kolka. Add onion, Parsley, and chopped nuts. Stir until well mixed. Place in freezer for 1 hour. Form into large ball and roll in more chopped nuts. Chill and Serve with crackers or snack rye breads.
