     Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C. Shortening
1/2 C. Butter
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
3/4 C. White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda w/ 1 Tbsp Water
2 C. or more Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
 
Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
