     Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 16oz can tomatoes
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 tsp Tobasco sauce (or hot sauce)
Old Bay to taste
1.5 lbs. peeled shrimp
Rice

Instructions
Heat oil. Add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasoning. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add shrimp, with some water (to keep it from thickening). Cover and simmer 15 minutes; serve over rice.
