Combine first 10 ingredients, toss lightly and set aside. Combine mayonnaise and water and whish till smooth. Pour over mixture and stif well. Pour into greased 2 qt shallow baking dish. Cover and regrigerate 8 hrs or overnight. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes till bubbly. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese and 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake another 5 minutes.
