Ingredients
2/3 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick
Cheese Biscuits
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese
Sweet Potato Biscuits
1 small cooked sweet potato
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Add milk all at once to Bisquick. Stir with fork into a soft dough. Beat dough 15 strokes. It will be stiff and sticky. Roll onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick and knead gently 8 to 10 times to smooth up dough. Roll 1/2 in thick and cut with biscuit cutter, glass, etc. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 to 15 minutes; close together for soft sides, 1 inch apart for crusty sides. Makes 12 2inch biscuits.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese to dough to make Cheese Biscuits. Add 1 small cooked sweet potato to dough to make Sweet Potato Biscuits.
