Dissolve yeast in hot water. Then add warm water, sugar, salt and honey. Stir until dissolved. Then add Crisco, whole wheat flour. Stir until consistance is like pudding. Add 4 to 5 cups white flour and knead. Leave dough somewhat sticky. Turn into greased bowl to rise first time. Double in size. Then divide in half and place in bread pan to rise second time. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or 350 degrees for 1 hour. Brush top with butter.
