Bake yellow cake mix as directed on package. Let cake cool.
Make holes all over cake. Use handle of a wooden spoon. Poor sweeten condensed milk all over cake filling in holes. Chill cake over night in refrigerator.
Cover top of cake with cool whip and serve. Takes just like a Twinkie use to taste by Hostess!
