     Mexican Caserole

Ingredients
Ground, shredded beef, or chicken, cooked and chopped
Corn tortillas
2 cans chicken or mushroom soup
1 small can of chopped chile
1 can of olives, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 cups cheddar cheese, grated.
 

Instructions
1. Cook and chop your choice of meat. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together meat, mushroom or chicken soup, chiles, olives, and onions.
3. Grease a 9 by 13 inch pan, layer bottom with corn tortillas, then a layer of mixture, then cheese. Continue layering til all ingredients are gone, ending in cheese.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until it is cooked through and bubbling and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
