1. Beat egg and place flour in separate bowl. Dip
chicken pieces in egg, then flour and fry in skillet
until deep brown and crisp. Transfer to a 9 by 13 in
baking dish.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sauce
ingredients and heat in saucepan until syrupy. Pour
sauce over chicken.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked
through and no longer pink. Serve over rice.
