In a saucepan or microwave safe bowl, heat the margarine, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until butter is melted; mix well. In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, nuts, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with butter mixture and mix well. Place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered, at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
