     Gyro Meatloaf

2 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 cups fresh grated bread crumbs
3 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
4 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon fine Greek seeds
Sauce- 1 medium onion
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon lemon juice
Pita bread
2 tomatoes
4 cups lettuce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine first nine ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf.
2. Place loaf on a baking sheet or stone. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
3. Combine sauce ingredients in a blender, mix thoroughly. Chill.
4. Slice loaf thinly and serve on pita bread with sauce, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
