1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing
bowl, combine first nine ingredients. Mix well and
shape into a loaf.

2. Place loaf on a baking sheet or stone. Bake for
45-50 minutes.

|
3. Combine sauce ingredients in a blender, mix
thoroughly. Chill.
|
|
|
4. Slice loaf thinly and serve on pita bread with
sauce, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
