     Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
paprika and cayenne to taste
8 ounces macaroni
 
Instructions
1. In a sauce pan, cook macaroni until tender. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well, add in macaroni.
3. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes and serve.
