In a large bowl, mix bugles, Crispix, pretzels, fritos and pecans. Set aside. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until mixture is smooth. Do not boil. Pour heated mixture over dry mix and toss. Spread out on baking sheets and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir immediately to break up mixture.
