Ingredients
1 1 /2 lbs. Top Sirloin
1 clove garlic
1 small onion, chopped
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 TBSP. Olive Oil - 2 TBSP Olive Oil, divided
2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, seperated into 8 rectangles
Salt and Pepper to taste
8 ounces light or non-fat Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon fresh or 1/2 TBSP. dried parsley

2 Tablespoons fresh or 1 TBSP. dried Chives
OPTIONAL- 1 zested clove of garlic

Instructions
Saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil until tender. May add 1 tsp. butter for flavor. Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat in 2 TBSP. Olive oil on both sides. You can season meat with a little garlic salt or powder. Lay crescent roll rectangles on cutting board. Slightly push seam together. Divide mushrooms and onion evenly in center of each rectangle. Place steak on top of mushrooms and bring each side over top. Press and pinch ends tightly to close. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Bake according to crescent package directions until rolls are golden brown approx. 10-12 minutes. Serve with sour cream sauce. SOUR CREAM SAUCE In small saucepan mix together sour cream, parsley and chives. At this point you can add the zested clove of garlic if desired. DO NOT BOIL sauce but heat gently.
