     Oven Roasted Tuscany Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. McCormick Tuscan Seasoning
2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over potatoes and stir to coat. Sprinkle on the Tuscan seasoning and Parmesan cheese; stir to coat evenly.
Place mixture on a lightly greased baking sheet; bake for 28-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Salt potatoes to taste.
