     Apricot Sherbert

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar
water- enough to make syrup when combined with sugar
1 qt. apricots (put thru a sieve) or 3 cups apricot nectar
juice of 3 lemons
1 or 2 oranges
 
Instructions
Combine sugar and water and let come to a boil.
Combine and freeze till it begins to thicken.
Fill can with milk or cream.
