     Sour Cream Enchiladas

1 lb ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1 package Soft shells (10 count)
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can green chilis
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1lb ground beef with chopped onions in skillet. At same time simmer sour cream, soup, olives and chiles in saucepan, stirring frequently. Turn off after you bring to a boil. Can combine meat and sauce together. In each shell, add meat/sauce mixture and sprinkle cheese. Fold up and flip seem side down in greased 9x13 pan. Save 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cheese for top. Make sure remaining sauce covers all of the top. Sprinkle remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min
