Once water boils, turn off heat and throw in a large pinch Raspberry (x2), nettle, lemon balm, and chamomile. Throw in a small pinch of fenugreek. Add a very small pinch of stevia powder to taste.
Cover and let sit overnight. In the morning, strain tea into a large pitcher. Refridgerate. Serve hot or cold, and add lemon or honey if desired.
