     CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ingredients
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 Tbs. heavy cream
4 Tbs. butter cut in 8 pieces
2 Tbs. vanilla
cocoa
powdered sugar
finely chopped nuts
 

Instructions
Place chocolate chips and cream in dish. Microwave on medium for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on medium for 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add butter stirring until melted. Stir in vanilla. Place in bowl in refrigerator for 35 to 45 minutes or until mixture is stiff enough to roll into balls. Roll into balls and roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, and nuts.
