Gradually add the powdered sugar to the softened cream cheese and mix well. Mix the warm chocolate thoroughly into the mixture. Stir in the nuts and add the vanilla and salt. Grease an 8 ounce square pan and spread the mixture in it. Chill, then cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy.
