Combine sugar, butter and milk in 2-quart glass bowl. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until mixture starts to boil, stirring once. Microwave on high, uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Blend in marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased or Pam sprayed 12 x 8 baking dish. Cool until set; cut into squares.
