1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp lemon pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

4 chicken breasts
|

2 medium onions, cut into chunks
|

3-4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks

1/2 pound of fresh baby carrots
|
|
1 cup sour cream
|
|
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom or cream or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
|
|
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
|
|
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms.

Instructions |

|
In a 5 qt. slow cooker, layer the onions, potatoes and carrots.
|

|
Combine the first 4 ingredients, rub over the chicken and place on top of the vegetables.
|
|
|
In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, wine or broth. Stir in the mushrooms. Pour over the chicken, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
