Just wash a tomato, slice it and throw it in a bowl or on a plate.
Place basil on top of tomato and add sliced or chopped avocado.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some Celtic sea salt on top. Can also add pepper if desired.
This is an extremely rich salad, with fiber and healthy fats. Olive oil fends off cancer, heart disease while the basil fends off infections and bacteria.
