     Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breast
1 stalk celery cut into 3rds
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cooked rice (or one bag instant microwave)
3 tbsp sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
can of peas/carrots or frozen broccoli
1/8 tsp celery salt
 
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup crushed ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil chicken breasts, celery, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and enough water to cover. Boil for 20-30 mins. Drain; reserve 1 cup liquid. cool chicken and shred.
In large bowl, stir together sour cream, soup, broth, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, & salt & pepper. Mix in cooked rice, veggies, & chicken. Bake in 9x13 pan. In sandwich bag, shake together crushed crackers & butter. Sprinkle on
Bake in over 30-35 minutes
