Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. For the crust- Cream together butter, shortening, and 1 1/2 c sugar. Beat in eggs. In separate bowl stir together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Beat flour mix into butter mix, forming a dough. Press dough to cover bottom of cookie sheet. Bake 10 min.

For the filling- Microwave baking chips 60-90 sec or until chips are melted and smooth after stirring. Beat in cream cheese. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on filling. In saucepan on med heat combine 1/2 c sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir until dissolves and thickens. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate until serving and keep refrigerated.
