open span..wipe jelly off..grind up using meat grinder or food processor..add cheese..grind it up add onion or onion powder. mix all together with your hands (I wear gloves)after mixed good add tomato sauce until holds together...open up english split in half put enough spam mixture on top of muffin to cover..put in oven
