     Touchdown Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
1 Boboli 12" Pizza crust
4 T. butter melted
1/4 C. hot cayenne pepper sauce
2 C. diced cooked chicken (1/2 lb.)
1/2 C. chopped celery
1 C. (4oz) crumbled blue cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Coat a 12 to 14 Inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the pizza crust on the pan. In a medium bowl, combine the butter and hot sauce; mix well. Add the chicken and celery; toss to coat well. Spread evenly over the pizza crust then sprinkle with the blue cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and the crust is crisp. Slice and serve.
Note: Be sure to use hot cayenne pepper sauce not regular hot pepper sauce there is a difference.
