     Zebra Brownies

Ingredients
1 package Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup very hot water
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
2 (3oz) package cream cheese -softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F. Generously grease bottom only of 13x9 pan.
In a small bowl blend all of the filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed until smooth about 1 minute. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients and beat 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread half of the batter in a prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over batter, spreading to cover. Place spoonfuls of remaining batter on top of cream cheese. Marble by pulling knife through batter in wide curves than turn pan and repeat.
Beat at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool for ease in cutting refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
