     Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 doz. Tortillas
2 whole chickens
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 C milk
1 can chile salsa, 6 oz.
3/4 lb cheese
1 onion diced fine
 

Instructions
Bake chicken 1 1/2 hr. at 350, uncovered until done. Bone out chicken. Mix together the soup, milk, onion and salsa. Tear tortillas into 4s. Layer tortillas, chicken, sauce. Layer fine. End with soup mixture. Put grated cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
