1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
3 C cut-up vegetables
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 T soy sauce
3 T water
4 C hot rice
Instructions
Brown chicken and set aside. Spray pan; add vegetables and stir until tender crisp. Add soup, water and soy sauce. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan; stir into vegetables and heat through. Serve over rice.
