     Choc chip oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter or 225 grams
1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups quick oats (like Quaker oats)
 
2 cups choc chips
1 cup nuts-optional
Instructions
Heat oven to 190 C Beat butter and sugars well add eggs and milk one at a time and beat well each time
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts and mix well
drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet chewy- bake for 9-10 mins crispy- 12-13 mins. Cool
