Preheat oven to 350. Place the plain cupcake liners in cupcake pans. Prepare cake batter according to the package directions. Spoon 1/2 C. of the batter into each cupcake pan.
Bake for 19-20 minutes. Cool Completely. Decorate cupcakes with red and green M&M's
