     Landmark Spinach Bisque

4-5 boxes frozen spinach
2-3 quarts half and half
1 small can chicken broth
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 small container parmesean cheese
3 8oz pkgs cream cheese

This makes a LOT, so I usually at least halve everything. Cook the spinach and cream on low heat until it thickens.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat until the cheese melts and the soup thickens.
I like buttery crackers (Club, etc) best with this.
