     SHALEE’S ASPARAGUS

Ingredients
2 lbs. asparagus, ends trimmed
1-2 Tbs. margarine
1-2 Tbs. olive oil
onion to taste (chopped)
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and olive oil together; add onion. Cut asparagus in smaller pieces. Add asparagus in a single layer. Fry till tender. Season with salt and pepper.
