     Eat-M-Alls (Chocolate and Peppermint Crackers)

Ingredients
1 sleeve Ritz or Club Crackers
1 bag Nestle Dark Chocolate and Mint chips (substitute any type of chocolate you prefer!)
1/2 to 1 tsp Peppermint Oil Extract (substitute any flavor extract you prefer!)
 

Instructions
Melt chocolate and wax in a microwave safe container, approx 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat at 12 second intervals until all is melted.
Dip cracker into chocolate, being sure to completely cover.
Lift out with fork or candy fork, tapping off excess. Place onto waxed paper or non-stick foil.
Place into fridge for 1/2 hour. Place into air-tight container. Or, Eat-m-all yourself! -) Great for Christmas cookie exchange, as they're fast and easy!
