     Overnight French Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf long French Bread
8 large eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla or rum
2 tbs butter
 

Instructions
Cut bread 1 and 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange snugly in 9x13 baking dish buttered.
Beat eggs add milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread.
Cover dish tightly with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes. Pour Pure Maple Syrup over each serving! Enjoy!
