Brown chicken breasts in olive oil.

Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is softened.
Cover chicken with chicken broth. Don’t use whole can. Just pour enough to almost cover chicken.
Add Paprika, Salt. Stir well. Simmer chicken until cooked. 10-15 min.

Remove chicken and shred chicken or cut into cubes. Add chicken back to broth.
Add remaining chicken broth and corn starch. Stir well. Simmer 5 minutes to thicken.
Remove from heat and gradually add sour cream.

Add dumplings and enjoy! You can add store bought dumplings or make your own. Very easy. (See Scott Poledna's Dumpling Recipe in Recipe Book!)
