     Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, minced
3 cloves garlic
2 lbs. ricotta (or provolone) cheese
2 cups mozzarella
1 cup parmesan
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbs. dried basil
 
1 jar (48 oz.) basil pasta sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F; cook noodles & drain Heat skillet, add beef & onion; cook until browned, drain fat- stir in garlic
In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs & basil until blended; add beef mixture and blend again
Spred a thin layer of sauce in baking pan; top with noodles, then a layer of meat/cheese mixture (or serve rollatini style)
Cover with foil; bake 45 min. Uncover and bake extra 15 min. Let stand 5 minutes.
