VAL'S BAKED POTATO SOUP
Sauté 1 stick of butter, onion and 4 cups diced potatoes
in 4 cups water. Cook till tender. Put all of the ingredients
in a blender and puree. Brown bacon. Add bacon and
more chopped potatoes. Baked covered at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
