     VERNILEA'S 5-HOUR STEW

Ingredients
2 lb. lean stew meat
3 onions chunked
1 c. diced celery
1 c. Rotel (mild)
1 small can tomatoes
6 carrots chunked
6 potatoes chunked
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. salt
 
3 Tbs. Minute Tapioca
1 bay leaf

Instructions
Do not brown meat. Put vegetables/meat in crock pot or large pan with cover. Blend tapioca, salt, sugar, rotel and tomatoes and pour over vegetables/meat. Lay bay leaf on top. Remove before serving. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours...7 hours better! If using crock pot, cook on high all day. Super good!
