     Pickled Figs

Ingredients
6 lbs firm ripe figs
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp whole cloves
 

Instructions
Wash and drain figs. Boil sugar, water, vinegar and cloves for 15 minutes. Pack figs into jars and cover with hot syrup and seal.
