     Meat Loaf

Ingredients
Ground beef
Moistened bread crumbs or sliced bread
1 or 2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
1 small onion, chopped
 
Glaze
1/2 cup catsup
3 tblsp brown sugar
2 tblsp mustard
Alternate
Several packages of prepared brown gravy mix
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain off grease. Spread glaze on top. Bake another 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Place bacon strips on top of meatloaf before baking if desired.
