     Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken (cooked and cut up)
1 or 2 cups stock
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Drained, cooked vegetables (potatoes, carrots, etc.)
Crust
1 stick melted butter
1 cup self-rising flour
 
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Instructions
Place chicken on bottom of casserole dish, adding vegetables next. Mix stock and soup then pour over chicken and vegetables. Mix ingredients for crust and pour liquid over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Substitutions such as frozen or canned vegetables may be made. Left over turkey works well, just remember to add other chicken stock. Complete pancake mix may also be used for the crust. Mix according to pancake directions. For a short-cut refrigerated pie crust works, as well as crescent roll dough.
