Melt butter and chocolate chips. Stir in condensed milk. Add vanilla,pecans,salt and flour. Mix. Drop by 1/2 tsp on foil-covered cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes about 100 cookies
